ENROLMENT CONDITIONS
1. The enrolment processing fee, accommodation deposit and airport pick-up fee are non-refundable. 2. Language Education Tertiary School (LETS) is not responsible for your VISA. You must arrange your visa by your own responsibility. 3. Notice of cancellation is not effective until written notification is received by LETS. 4. If you cancel your course 28 to 14 days before your commencement date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply to tuition fees. If you cancel your course 13 days to 1 day before your commencement date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply to tuition fees. No refunds will be made on or after the commencement date of the course. In rare case where a student wants to terminate his/her course, the balance of fee is not refundable." 5. If you cancel your accommodation arrangement 30 to 15 days before your commencement date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply to accommodation fees. If you cancel your accommodation arrangement 14 to 8 days before your commencement date, a cancellation fee of 80% will apply to accommodation fees. If you cancel your accommodation arrangement 7 days before your commencement date or later, a cancellation fee of 100% will apply to accommodation fees." 6. Tuition fees are not transferable to another person or institution but may be transferred to another course within LETS. 7. All refunds are made in Australian Dollars and normal processing time is four to six weeks. 8. Bank charges are deducted for refunds made by bank draft or electronic transfer. 9. Personal insurance and student expenses are not included in fees quoted and are the responsibility of the student. 10. LETS reserves the right to expel students for serious breaches of discipline following appropriate disciplinary procedures. No monies are refunded for expelled students. 11. LETS reserves the right to change its fees, address, conditions, course times or course commencement dates at any time without notice. 12. LETS is closed on all official public holidays and no substitute for public holidays. 13. Incidents must be reported to LETS staff including damage by students to property at the home stay or on the school and any robbery or injury to students. 14. The school shall not be held responsible for financial loss by the students in the event of ・ Change to transport or accommodation services including delays, suspension or changing the schedule. ・ Cancellation of the course or home stay as a result of above. ・ Unexpected events such as natural disaster or war. ・ Breach of immigration regulations.
